摘要：目的分析恐动症领域的文献资料,揭示该领域的研究前沿和热点问题,为未来的研究方向和发展提供科学参考。方法对中国知网数据库中2014年1月1日至2024年11月19日的相关文献进行检索,并运用CiteSpace软件对所选文献进行文献计量学分析。结果共纳入636篇文献,年发文量总体呈现增长趋势,但尚未形成稳定的核心作者群体,作者与机构之间的合作关系有待加强。研究热点主要聚焦于运动恐惧、冠心病、影响因素等关键领域,而术后康复和健康信念成为未来研究的潜在趋势和前沿方向。结论国内恐动症研究正处于迅速发展阶段,未来研究应致力于加强作者与机构间的合作交流,拓展研究视野,丰富研究类型,以推动该领域的持续深入发展。
Objective To analyze the literature in the field of kinesiophobia,reveal the research frontiers and hotspots in this field,and provide scientific references for future research directions and development.Methods Relevant literature from January 1,2014,to November 19,2024,was retrieved from the CNKI database,and CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis of the selected literature.Results A total of 636 articles were included,with an overall increasing trend in annual publications.However,a stable core group of authors has not yet formed,and collaboration between authors and institutions needs to be strengthened.Research hotspots mainly focus on key areas such as kinesiophobia,coronary heart disease,and influencing factors,while postoperative rehabilitation and health beliefs have emerged as potential trends and frontier directions for future research.Conclusion Domestic research on kinesiophobia is in a phase of rapid development.Future studies should focus on enhancing collaboration and communication among authors and institutions,broadening research perspectives,and diversifying research types to promote sustai ned and in-depth development in this field.
