摘要：目的:研究分析《景岳全书》瘟疫方的用药规律,对基于用药规律的新组方防治COVID-19的潜在药效进行预测,探讨《景岳全书》对防治COVID-19的参考价值。方法:收集整理《景岳全书·杂证谟·瘟疫》中方剂,采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS V2.5)进行用药规律分析,并运用中药抗新型冠状病毒肺炎药效预测分析平台(TCMATCOV平台)和网络药理学方法对基于用药规律产生的新组方防治COVID-19的作用进行预测。结果:《景岳全书·杂证谟·瘟疫》中共有瘟疫方96首,以补虚药和解表药为主;高频中药药性中频次最高为温热、辛味,其次为甘、苦味;药物归经频次最高为脾经,其次为肺经、胃经;基于用药规律产生了9个潜在的新组方,其药性符合中医对COVID-19的辨证施治原则;TCMATCOV平台预测新组方对COVID-19可能具有潜在的药效;网络药理学分析显示新组方对COVID-19疾病相关的17个靶点基因可能有作用。结论:基于《景岳全书》瘟疫方用药规律挖掘的新组方药性功效符合COVID-19的中医辨证施治原则,并具有潜在的药理效应,提示《景岳全书》关于瘟疫的内容对COVID-19的防治可能具有重要的参考价值。
Objective:This paper studied and analyzed the medicinal regularity of prescription in the treatment of Pestilence in Jingyuequanshu,it also predicted the potential efficacy and reference value of the new prescription based on medicinal regularity in preventing and treating COVID-19.Methods:Chinese prescriptions in Jingyuequanshu(Zazhengmo.Wenyi)were collected,then medicinal regularities were excavated and analyzed by Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(TCMISS V2.5),in order to predict the effect of the new prescription based on medicinal regularity treating COVID-19 by Chinese medicine anti-new corona virus pneumonia pharmacodynamics prediction analysis platform(TCMATCOV platform)and the network pharmacology method.Results:96 prescriptions were collected in Jingyuequanshu(Zazhengmo.Wenyi),and mainly were Buxu and Jiebiao drugs.In high frequency used drugs,the characteristics of the highest frequency TCM were Wen Re and Xin flavor,followed by Gan and Ku flavor.The meridian tropism of the highest frequency was Pi,followed by Fei meridian and Wei meridian.9 potential new prescriptions were generated based on medicinal regularity,TCM characteristics of which were accorded with Bianzhengshizhi principle treating COVID-19.These 9 predicted new prescriptions by TCMATCOV platform might have potential efficacy on COVID-19.The network pharmacology analysis showed that the new prescriptions might have effect on 17 target genes related to COVID-19 diseases.Conclusion:The efficacy and characteristics of new prescriptions based on the data mining of prescriptions in Jingyuequanshu are accord with Bianzhengshizhi principle treating COVID-19.They have potential pharmacological effects,which suggested that the information involving plague in Jingyuequanshu may have important reference value for the prevention and treatment for COVID-19.
