摘要：目的探讨不同产地、不同等级掌叶大黄簇晶数与化学成分的相关性。方法采用定量分析法测定不同产地、不同等级掌叶大黄簇晶数,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定其中5种指标性成分(芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚)的含量,采用统计软件对得到的大黄簇晶数与5种指标性成分含量进行相关性分析。结果不同产地掌叶大黄簇晶数与5种指标性成分总含量及大黄素甲醚含量均呈显著正相关,同一产地、不同等级掌叶大黄簇晶数与5种指标性成分含量均呈显著正相关。结论测定大黄中簇晶数可作为其药材质量控制的手段之一,进而为大黄的质量控制提供新的技术手段,为其质量标准的制定提供一定的参考。
Objective To study the correlation between cluster crystal constants of Rheum palmatum L. and its chemical component in various grades from different growing places. Methods Quantitative analysis method was used to assay the number of cluster crystal. The contents of five index components （ aloe emodin, rheiM, emo- din, chrysophanol,physcion） were determined by HPLC. The experimental results were analyzed by SPSS statistics software. Results The constants of cluster crystal, the total content of five index components and physcion in Rheum palmatum L. from different areas were all significantly positively correlated ; the constants of cluster crystal and the content of five index components of Rheum palmatum L. in various grades from the same area were also sig- nificantly positively correlated. Conclusion The cluster crystal constants of Rheum palmatum L. can be used as one of the ways for the drug quality control and then provide new technical means and reference for the establish- ment of quality standard.
