摘要:查阅相关文献,归纳总结近10年化学计量学技术的应用以及该技术在党参药材品质评价中的应用现状。通过系统总结不同来源党参的品质评价研究,探讨品种、产地、栽培条件、储存条件以及加工方式等对党参品质的影响,为化学计量学技术在党参药材品质评价中的应用提供参考和研究思路。目前研究表明,化学计量学技术可以对党参进行鉴别和品质评价,但依然存在研究样品数量较少、安全性研究匮乏、方法复杂等不足。因此,未来亟须全面采集不同来源的党参药材,从安全性和有效性出发,综合评价党参药材品质;另外,开发具有高准确性和操作便捷性的现场检测新技术将成为未来研究的重要方向,这将有助于党参品质优劣的快速识别。
This paper reviews relevant literature to summarize the application of chemometric techniques over the past decade and the current status of their use in the quality evaluation of Codonopsis pilosula. By systematically summarizing quality evaluation studies of Codonopsis pilosula from various sources, this study explores the influence of factors such as variety, origin, cultivation conditions, storage conditions, and processing methods on its quality. This provides a reference and research perspective for the application of chemometric techniques in the quality eva-luation of Codonopsis pilosula. Current research indicates that chemometric techniques can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Codonopsis pilosula;however, there are still limitations such as a small number of research samples, a lack of safety studies, and complex methodologies. Therefore, future research urgently needs to comprehensively collect Codonopsis pilosula samples from different sources and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of their quality based on safety and efficacy. Additionally, developing novel on-site detection technologies with high accuracy and ease of operation will become an important direction for future research, which will contribute to the rapid identification of the quality of Codonopsis pilosula.
