摘要：目的:运用文献计量学方法分析国内外实验动物(laboratory animal,LA)相关研究,旨在了解实验动物相关研究的现状。方法:分别检索Web of Science(WoS)核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)收集国内外实验动物相关研究。利用CiteSpace(5.1.R6)、VOSviewer(1.6.10)及Excel 2017统计分析实验动物相关研究的发文量、国家/地区、研究热点、机构、作者、期刊分布等文献关键特征。结果:中、外文实验动物研究分别从2008、1990年开始呈现增长趋势,且中文实验动物研究增势明显。共计112个国家/地区开展了实验动物研究,其中美国发表实验动物研究最多,达4109篇,且与其他国家间具有广泛的合作。研究热点主要包括大鼠、小鼠、动物模型、动物福利以及基于实验动物开展的代谢、毒理、感染、癌症、行为及脑等基础研究。与中文期刊相比,刊载实验动物研究的外文期刊影响因子更高。结论:实验动物是开展科学研究的基石,近年来受到广泛关注。与国际水平相比,我国实验动物研究的发展水平相对滞后,具体表现在发文量较少、占比较低及与其他国家的合作度较低等方面。建议政府机构增加资助力度,鼓励研究人员加强国际合作,“质”与“量”同抓,以期尽快全面提升我国实验动物研究的国际影响力。
Objective:Using the method of bibliometrics to analyze articles related to laboratory animals(LA)published in Chinses and foreign languages,so as to identify the status of LA related researches.Methods:Web of Science(WoS)and CNKI databases were systematically searched to collect LA related researches.The key characteristics of the published articles were analyzed by CiteSpace(5.1.R6),VOSviewer(1.6.10)and Excel 2017 from the aspects of the publication number of each year,countries/regions,research hotspots,institutions,authors,and distribution in journals.Results:The LA researches published in Chinese and foreign languages showed an increasing trend from 2008 and 1990 respectively,and the growth of articles published in Chinese was obvious.A total of 112 countries/regions conducted LA researches,and 4109 articles were published in the USA,which ranking first by the publication number and have wide cooperation with other countries/regions.The hotspots of LA researches mainly include rat,mice,animal model,animal welfare,and researches on metabolism,toxicology,infection,cancer,behavior and brain based on LA.The impact factors of the foreign journals which published LA researches are higher than that of the Chinese journals.Conclusion:LA is the cornerstone of scientific researches and has received extensive attention in recent years.Compared with the international level,the development level of LA researches in China is relatively lower,and the publication number,proportion and cooperation with other countries were relatively less.It′s suggested that government agencies should increase investment to LA researches,encourage scientists to strengthen international cooperation,and attach importance to the quantity and quality of LA researches at the same time,so as to enhance the global influence of Chinese LA researches.
