摘要：甘肃省作为我国西部地区癌症防控的重点区域,癌症负担以消化道肿瘤为主。为响应《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》《健康中国行动——癌症防治行动实施方案(2023—2030年)》等国家战略部署,甘肃省自2009年起启动农村癌症早诊早治项目,历经十余年深耕,形成兼具区域适应性与可复制性的特色模式。全文从实施背景、发展阶段、核心成效与未来展望四个维度,系统梳理该项目的实施历程与实践成果,为全国农村癌症防控工作提供参考。
Gansu Province,as a key region for cancer prevention and control in western China,bears a heavy burden of digestive tract cancers.In response to national strategic deployments such as the“Healthy China 2030”Plan Outline and Healthy China Action-Implementation Plan of Cancer Prevention Action(2023—2030),Gansu Province launched the rural cancer early diagnosis and treatment project in 2009.After more than a decade of intensive development,it has formed a distinctive model with both regional adaptability and replicability.This paper systematically reviews the implementation process and practical achievements of the project from four dimensions:implementation background,development stages,core achievements,and future prospects,providing references for national rural cancer prevention and control work.
