摘要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为三七的功效主要为散瘀止血,消肿定痛。症靶为出血、胸痛和外伤肿痛。标靶为血小板聚集。现代药理研究发现三七及其有效成分对心脑血管疾病、糖尿病及其并发症、血液系统疾病、神经系统疾病等具有一定作用。其无明显毒副作用、无免疫毒性,不具有致突变、致畸、致癌风险。《药典》规定三七用量为3~9 g,研粉吞服时一次1~3 g,外用适量,临床医家使用经验中冲服多用0.5~11.25 g,入汤剂用量为3~15 g。
Through the investigation of ancient literature,the review of modern research progress of Chinese medicine and its research achievements,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed sanqi has the following characteristics:Its main activities are dissipating blood stasis and stopping bleeding,relieving swellings and pains.Its symptom targets are bleedings,chest pains and traumatic swellings and pains,while its index target is platelet aggregation.Modern pharmacological studies have found that sanqi and its effective ingredients have certain effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and its complications,blood system diseases,nervous system diseases,etc.The comprehensive toxicity tests of sanqi show that it has no obvious toxic side effects,no immunotoxicity,and no mutagenic and carcinogenic risks.The Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the dosage range of sanqi is 3-9 g,1-3 g for each time when swallowing its powders,and an appropriate amount for external use.According to the experience of clinical doctors,0.5-11.25 g is usually used for oral administrations,and 3-15 g in decoctions.
