摘要：结直肠息肉作为临床常见病,是CRC的癌前病变,前期临床症状隐匿,具有高度癌变风险,严重影响患者的生活质量。临床上通过镜下对结直肠息肉及早期CRC筛查并切除治疗,从而降低我国CRC发病率和死亡率,但内镜切除术后容易复发、易出现腹痛腹胀不适以及迟发性出血等症状。研究表明,中医中药治疗结直肠息肉方法众多,疗效确切、简便易行,很大程度上弥补内镜治疗的缺点,增强治疗疗效,减少术后复发。近年来,中医药对结直肠息肉切除术后预防迟发性出血以及缓解腹痛、腹胀等不适症状以及降低复发率上有明显的优势,本文通过对近年来中医中药对肠息肉切除术后并发症以及术后复发预防性治疗进行系统性回顾,以期为临床运用中医中药治疗结直肠息肉提供参考。
Colorectal polyps,as a common clinical disease,are precancerous lesions of CRC.The early clinical symptoms are hidden and have a high risk of canceration,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Endoscopic screening and resection of colorectal polyps and early CRC have been used to reduce the incidence and mortality of CRC in China.However,endoscopic resection is prone to recurrence,abdominal pain,distention and discomfort,delayed bleeding and other symptoms.Studies have shown that there are many methods of Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal polyps,and the curative effect is exact and simple.To a large extent,it makes up for the shortcomings of endoscopic treatment,enhances the therapeutic effect,and reduces postoperative recurrence.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has obvious advantages in preventing delayed bleeding,relieving abdominal pain,abdominal distension and other discomfort symptoms,and reducing the recurrence rate after colorectal polypectomy.This article systematically reviews the preventive treatment of complications and postoperative recurrence after colorectal polypectomy with TCM in recent years,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of colorectal polyps.
