摘要:乡村医生是农村基层卫生保健体系的核心构成要素。乡村医生队伍的稳定运行与健康发展,影响到我国卫生事业发展的全局。在对制约乡村医生队伍稳定运行与健康发展的内外部不利因素进行分析的基础上,从身份确定、法律保障、卫生人事制度、执业资格考试认证、医保管理、收入补偿渠道、养老保障和培训教育8个方面提出了如何构建乡村医生队伍长效运行机制的建议。
Rural doctors are the core element of rural health care system at the grass roots. The stable operation and healthy develop- ment of the team of rural doctors affect the overall development of our country' s health protection. On the base of analyzing the inter- nal and external adverse factors which restrict the stable operation and healthy development of rural doctors' team, it put forward the following suggestions on how to establish the long-term mechanism of rural doctors' team through 8 aspects: the status, legal pro- tection, medical and health personnel system, the qualification of professional examination certification, the management of medical in- surance, income compensation channel, old-age security, education and training.
