摘要：医学职业面临新的发展与挑战,中西医临床本科学生创新能力与岗位胜任能力密切关联,且对未来国家医学事业发展意义深远。文章分析了中西医临床本科学生创新能力现状,并提出创新能力培养的思路与方法,期望为新医科背景下中西医临床本科学生提升创新能力、培养岗位胜任能力提供策略。
The medical profession is facing new development and challenge.The innovation ability and post competence of clinical undergraduates are closely related and have far-reaching influence on the future development of national medical career.This paper analyzed the present situation of innovation ability of clinical undergraduates of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and put for‐ward the train of thought and method of innovation ability.It is expected to provide strategies for traditional Chinese and Western medi‐cine clinical undergraduates to enhance their innovative ability and train their post competence under the new medical background.
