摘要：目的:观察麦粒灸对AGA模型大鼠镇痛作用。方法:采用尿酸钠(MSU)诱导大鼠AGA,醋酸及热板小鼠致痛。用麦粒灸灸“足三里”、“三阴交”、“太溪”、“阿是穴”给予治疗。结果:麦粒灸能明显减少小鼠扭体反应次数,且能提高小鼠痛阈值,与空白组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)或差异(P<0.05),局部组织K+、DA、NE、5-HT水平较模型组显著较低(P<0.01)或(P<0.05)。结论:麦粒灸治疗AGA疗效确定。
Objective： Applying with Grain - moxibustion to study the influence on the pain medium of acute gouty arthritis rats. Methods ：It is to inject sodium urate liquor into rat ankle joint chamber to pose a model of acute gouty arthritis and to result in pain by actic acid or hot plate and then to cure with Grain - moxibustion on Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Taixi and living acupuncture point. Results ：Moxibustion treatment could decrease the times of rats＇stretching and increase the rats 10ain threshold （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. After moxibustion treatment, there are differences about K, DA, NE,5 - HT between Grain - moxibustion group and model group（ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Grain - moxibustion can cure effectually pain of rat acute gouty arthritis.
