摘要:目的分析探讨超声实时合成图像(SonoCT)技术与彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)技术联合应用于糖尿病肾损害诊断的价值与意义。方法筛选本院2017年5月至2019年4月期间收治的糖尿病患者120例,根据Mogensen分期以及24h微量尿蛋白排泄率指标分为A、B、C3组,分别进行常规二维超声CDFI检查和SonoCT结合CDFI检查,分析比较3组肾动脉血流参数、图像特征以及临床诊断效果。结果采用超声SonoCT结合CDFI检查方式与常规检查相比,B组患者血流图像、血流参数以及二维灰阶图像差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和C组患者以上结果差异无统计学意义;同种检查方式下A、B、C组血流参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以RI≥0.70为标准时两种检查方式诊断率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声SonoCT技术与CDFI联合检查方式可获得更为清晰、准确的糖尿病患者早期肾损害图像,在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中有一定优势和较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value and significance of ultrasound real-time synthetic image (SonoCT) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted between May 2017 and April 2019 were divided into groups A,B and C according to Mogensen staging and 24 h micro-urinary protein excretion rate,and performed conventional two-dimensional ultrasound CDFI examination,SonoCT and CDFI examination,comparing the blood flow parameters,image characteristics and clinical diagnosis of the three groups of renal arteries.Results Ultrasound SonoCT combined with CDFI examination compared with routine examination,the blood flow image,blood flow parameters and two-dimensional gray-scale images of group B patients were statistically significant (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the above results between group A and group C.There were significant differences in blood flow parameters among group A,B and C in the same type of examination (P<0.05).When RI≥0.70 was used as the standard,the difference in the diagnostic rate between the two examination methods was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound SonoCT combined with CDFI can obtain clearer and more accurate images of early renal damage in diabetic patients.It has certain advantages and high application value in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
