摘要：由于民族身份的烙印和族际的差别,少数民族农民工融入城市的技能障碍更为突出。主要体现在语言技能、心理调适技能、谋生技能、自我保护技能四方面。通过加强少数民族农民工语言沟通、心理调适、工作及自我保护技能教育,借助媒体营造良好舆论环境,发挥民族特色产业优势,为提高少数民族农民工城市融入技能提供认知、社会环境和经济产业支撑,推动少数民族农民工城镇化进程,促进社会和谐发展。
Due to differences in national identity and ethnic differences, the skill obstacles of ethnic minority migrant workers blend into cities is more outstanding, mainly reflected in four areas of language skills, psychological adjustment skills, life skills and self-protection skills. By strengthening ethnic language communication, mental adjustment, work and self-protection skills education, with the help of media, we aim to take advantage of national characteristic industry, and offers cognitive skills,social environment and economic industry support to improve ethnic minority migrant workers blend into the city,to promote the urbanization process of minority migrant workers, and promote the harmonious development of societ
