摘要:丁酸是肠道微生物代谢产物短链脂肪酸的一种,已被证明是成骨细胞和破骨细胞代谢的调节剂。本文通过以下几个方面阐述丁酸对骨代谢的调节:①调节钙磷水平促进骨形成;②维持肠上皮屏障的功能;③调节免疫系统和内分泌系统等。研究证明,补充丁酸和促进丁酸生成的益生菌能够促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收。因此丁酸可能成为骨质疏松等与骨代谢相关疾病的防治新靶点。
Butyric acid,a short-chain fatty acid metabolized by intestinal microorganisms,has been shown to be a regulator of osteoblast and osteoclast metabolism.This paper expounds the regulation of butyric acid on bone metabolism from the following aspects:①Regulate calcium and phosphorus levels to promote bone formation.②Maintaining the function of intestinal epithelial barrier.③Regulate the immune system and endocrine system.Research has shown that supplementing butyric acid and promoting probiotics can promote bone formation and inhibit bone resorption.Therefore,butyric acid may be a new target for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolism-related diseases such as osteoporosis.
