摘要：目的系统分析近年来中国医院绩效管理领域的研究状况,为今后该领域学者开展医院绩效管理研究提供参考。方法以中国知网数据库中SCI、EI、核心期刊、CSSCI和CSCD收录的中国医院绩效管理相关研究文献为样本,运用CiteSpace软件从年代分布、关键词、研究热点、研究前沿等方面进行统计分析。结果共纳入1719篇相关研究文献,文献数量近29年来呈波动上升趋势,研究主体较分散,尚未形成核心研究群;研究主题广泛,研究内容不断细化和丰富,但重点多集中在绩效考核与绩效评价方向。结论中国医院绩效管理研究总体呈良好发展态势,但文献质量和影响力有待提升。各研究主体之间应开展更广泛的交流合作,创新研究方法,深化研究内容,为国家卫生体制改革提供政策支持。
Objective To systematically analyze the research status in the field of performance management in Chinese hospitals in recent years,and to provide reference for this field’s scholars to carry out researches on hospital performance management in the future.Methods The literature related to Chinese hospital performance management included in SCI,EI,core journals,CSSCI and CSCD in CNKI database were taken as samples,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct statistical analysis in terms of age distribution,key words,research hotspots and research frontier.Results A total of 1719 papers related to research on Chinese hospital performance management were included.The number of papers fluctuated and increased in recent 29 years.The research subjects were scattered,without core research groups.The research topics were extensive,the research contents were refined and enriched,but the foci were mostly on the performance appraisal and performance evaluation.Conclusions The researches on hospital performance management in China show a good trend of development,but the quality and influence of literature still need to be improved.The research subjects should carry out more extensive exchanges and cooperation,innovate research methods,deepen research content,and provide policy support for the reform of the national health system.
