摘要：针灸治疗眼科疾病在临床上的应用十分广泛,且疗效显著。其中,晋代皇甫谧所著的《针灸甲乙经》具有深远的影响,该书提出了“脉动(病)发”的概念,主张病症结合,四诊合参,同时结合相关的经脉诊察,对病症进行归类整理,辨证选穴对疾病进行治疗。本文就《针灸甲乙经》“脉动(病)发”的理论基础和学术渊源,以及该理论在眼科疾病治疗中的运用进行相关探讨。
