摘要：近年研究发现,NLRP3炎症小体通过调控炎症反应、细胞焦亡、氧化应激、免疫平衡等机制参与自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)的发病机制。中医药通过多成分、多靶点作用干预NLRP3炎症小体激活,显示出独特的治疗潜力。该文系统综述了NLRP3炎症小体在AIT中的作用及中医药干预的研究进展,为临床治疗提供新思路。
Recent studies have revealed that the NLRP3 inflammasome is involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)by regulating inflammatory response,pyroptosis,oxidative stress,and immune homeostasis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation through multi-component and multi-target mechanisms,demonstrating unique therapeutic potential.This article systematically reviews the role of the NLRP3 inflammasome in AIT and the research progress of TCM intervention,thus providing some new ideas for clinical therapy.
