摘要:目的 探讨种植地土壤因子与当归无机元素以及指标成分含量之间的相关性。方法 采用火焰原子吸收法测定土壤和当归药材中8种无机元素的含量,并测定土壤pH值及有机质、有效磷、全氮的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定当归中绿原酸、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、藁本内酯、丁烯基苯酞等的含量。利用Pearson相关性分析土壤因子与药材元素以及药材指标成分之间的关系,并利用主成分分析提取当归种植地12种土壤因子中的特征因子。结果 当归药材中钠(Na)、钾(K)、锌(Zn)元素含量受土壤因子影响较大;绿原酸含量受土壤中镁(Mg)、Na、K、钙(Ca)、Zn、有机质水平影响;阿魏酸含量受土壤中铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、Zn水平影响;洋川芎内酯Ⅰ含量受土壤中Na水平影响;藁本内酯受土壤中Fe、有效磷水平影响;丁烯基苯酞含量受土壤中Na水平影响;挥发油含量受土壤中Na、有效磷水平影响。土壤中Mn、Zn、有机质、全氮、Mg、Na、K可能是当归种植地土壤的主要特征因子,影响当归的品质。结论 为提高当归中各有效成分的含量,可在当归栽培施肥过程中调整相关无机元素的水平。
Objective To investigate the correlation between soil factors,inorganic elements and index components of Angelica sinensis.Methods The contents of 8 inorganic elements in soil and Angelica sinensis were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the contents of soil pH,organic matter,available phosphorus and total nitrogen were determined.HPLC method was used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,senkyunolideⅠ,ligustilide and butenylphthalide in Angelica sinensis.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to find out the relationship between soil factors,medicinal material elements and medicinal material index components,and principal component analysis was used to extract the characteristic factors among the 12 soil factors in the planting area of Angelica sinensis.Results The content levels of Na,K and Zn in Angelica sinensis were greatly affected by soil factors.The content of chlorogenic acid was affected by the levels of Mg,Na,K,Ca,Zn and organic matter in the soil.The ferulic acid content was affected by the levels of Fe,Mn and Zn in the soil.The content of senkyunolideⅠwas affected by the level of Na in the soil.Pyrolide was affected by the levels of Fe and available phosphorus in soil.The content of butenylphthalide was affected by the level of Na in the soil.The content of volatile oil was affected by the levels of Na and available phosphorus in the soil.Soil Mn,Zn,organic matter,total nitrogen,Mg,Na and K may be the main characteristic factors of soil in Angelica sinensis planting area.Conclusion In order to improve the accumulation of active ingredients in Angelica sinensis,the content level of related inorganic elements can be paid attention to in the process of cultivation and fertilization of Angelica sinensis.
