摘要:内科学是临床医学专业中基本核心的一门课程,是其他临床各学科的基础,文章在理解课程思政内涵及阐述内科学课程思政教学现状的基础上,从教师思政教育理念的改变、理论授课中课程思政的实施、实践教学中课程思政实施及改变教学评价模式等方面进行思考和探讨。探讨了在内科学绪论、各论的理论教学环节中融合课程思政的路径及实施途径,提出了内科学实践教学典型案例资源库建设的实施途径,并从评价方式及过程性评价两方面思考了课程评价模式的转变。探讨遵循内科学课程的特点,深入提炼课程中蕴含的思政元素,实施专业教学与价值引领同行并重,以培养学生科学严谨、爱岗敬业的专业素质及救死扶伤、医者仁心、无私奉献的社会责任意识,以期为着力有效推进课程思政改革提出对策建议。
Internal medicine is the basic core course in clinical medical specialty,it is the basis of other clinical disciplines.On the basis of understanding the connotation of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses and its teaching status quo in internal medicine,and from the aspect of the changes of teachers’education concept of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,its implementation in theory teaching and practice teaching and the changes of teaching evaluation mode,this paper discusses the path and implementation of integrating ideological and political theories teaching in all courses in the theory teaching of introduction and various theories of internal medicine,puts forward the way to implement the construction of typical cases resource bank of practice teaching of internal medicine,and thinks about the transformation of curriculum evaluation mode from two aspects of evaluation method and process evaluation.This article follows the characteristics of the courses of internal medicine,and further refines ideological and political elements contain in the curriculum,attaches equal importance to professional teaching and the leading value for peer,so as to cultivate students with scientific rigorous and passionate professional quality,and the social responsibility consciousness of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying,the caring heart of a physician,selfless dedication,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for effectively promoting the reform of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.
