摘要：文章对张士卿教授治疗儿童腺样体肥大的经验进行总结。张教授认为儿童腺样体肥大肺脾不足是内因,外邪侵袭是外因,在此基础上化热、生痰、致瘀。疾病初期以肺热雍盛为主,后期以痰瘀互结为甚。而痰瘀互结贯穿本病的始终。治疗以化痰散结、活血化瘀为原则。运用取渊汤加减配合药组及虫类药治疗儿童腺样体肥大临床疗效颇佳。并附验案1则,以资验证。
This article summarizes professor ZHANG Shiqing's experience in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children.Professor ZHANG thinks children with adenoid hypertrophy and insufficiency of the lung and spleen are internal causes.The invasion of external pathogenic factors is the external cause.On the basis of this,heat,produce phlegm,and cause blood stasis.The early stage of this disease was mainly to pulmonary heat.Phlegm and blood stasis in the later period.The mutual relationship between phlegm and blood stasis is throughout the disease.The principle of treatment is the principle of eliminating phlegm and dissipating the knot and activating blood and removing blood stasis.The treatment of children's adenoidal hypertrophy by using the decoction of decoction of abduct and the combination of herbs and insect drugs is very effective and attached 1 case in order to verify.
