摘要：在社会主义法治建设过程中,民众良好的宪法意识是必不可少的软件要素。高中"政治生活"课程的大量内容来源于宪法规定,利用课程教学培养学生宪法意识有其适切性和必要性,但在课程标准中没有培养学生宪法意识的明确要求,高中阶段学校宪法教育欠缺,是导致民众宪法意识薄弱的一个重要原因。因此,一方面,要尽快修订现行课程标准和教材,明确提出培养学生宪法意识的目标;另一方面,在课堂教学中有意识地进行宪法意识的渗透。根据社会主义法治建设需要及高中学生特征,在教学中应着重进行宪法至上意识的培养。
The public good awareness of constitution is an indispensable soft element in the development of socialism democracy and legal system. For majority of content in the Thought and Politics （Political Life） came from current regulations of constitution directly; cultivating students＇ constitution awareness by course teaching in class is necessary and appropriate. However, the fact that there is no demand in teaching standard and material for the cultivation of students＇ awareness has led to the loss of teaching constitution in high schools and the weakness of public constitution awareness. Hence, on the one hand, teaching material and current standard must be amended as soon as possible to regulate definitely the goal of cultivation students＇ constitution awareness. On the other hand, in the process of teaching, constitution awareness should be permeated intentionally according to the need of democracy and politics and high school students＇ features.
