摘要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种常见病,患病率高,病程长,致残率高,严重危害人类健康。联合检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、C反应蛋白、血沉及类风湿因子对RA的诊断治疗有重要的临床意义,抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体对RA的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,有助于病情判断和活动性检测,提高RA的检出率,降低漏诊率。
Rheumatoid arthritis （RA）is a common disease with high morbidity and long course, seriously harming to human health. United detection of anti cyclic citrullinater peptide antibody （anti CCP antibody）, c reactive protein （CRP）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） and rheumatoid factor（RF） for diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthri tis（ RA）has important clinical significance. The anti CCP assay has high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of RA and the combined detection of anti CCP CRP and RF may further improve the sensitivity.
