摘要:通过建立家兔急性软组织损伤模型 ,分别在应用踝舒及对照药正骨水涂布患处治疗后第 2 4、72小时取材并匀浆 ,采用放免法测量匀浆液前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )含量。结果显示 ,踝舒能显著抑制家兔急性软组织损伤后受伤局部PGE2 含量的升高 (P <0 .0 1)。表明踝舒治疗急性软组织损伤的机理之一是抑制受伤局部PGE2 含量升高来发挥其抗炎作用。
Rabbit models of acute soft-tissue injury were made and treated by the external application of 'HUAISHU' (HS, a TCD tincture) and 'ZHENGGU SHUI' (ZS, a TCD liquid as the control). At the 24th and 72nd hours after the treatment, the samples and homogenates were taken and the PGE2 levels in the homogenates were determined by radioimmunoassay, respectively. The results showed that HS could remarkably inhibit the ascendance of PGE2 level in the injured site after acute soft-tissue injury (P < 0.01), suggesting that one of the therapeutic mechanisms of HS for acute soft-tissue injury may be to inhibit the ascendance of PGE2 level in the injured site and by this way HS takes the anti-inflammatory effect.
