摘要：目的探索大学生一般人生规划与社会适应行为之间的关系。方法对兰州市1 920名大学生进行问卷调查研究。结果大学生社会适应行为与人生规划总体较好,平均分(社会适应行为19.02;人生规划9.81)在中等水平以上,人生规划性别主效应显著;大学生人生规划与社会适应行为存在显著正相关(r=0.404);人生规划可以解释社会适应行为各维度5.9%～21.3%的变异。结论大学生人生规划对社会适应行为有一定预测效果。
Objectives To clarify the relationship of life planning and social adaptive behavior of college students,Methods 1 920 students were investigated about their social adaptive behavior and life planning.Results Life planning and social adaptive behavior of college students were at the upper-middle level in general,and there was a significant difference in gender.College students' life planning was positive correlated with the social adaptive behaviors(r=0.404).Conclusions College students' life planning was a predictor of social adaptive behavior.
