摘要：近年来,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,血管性认知障碍的发病率不断增长,血管性认知障碍作为一种神志异常性疾病,病因病机复杂,为虚实夹杂之病。而西医学“脑肠轴”理论认为肠道菌群失衡与血管性认知障碍的发生有着一定的联系,在血管性认知障碍的发病中起着重要桥梁作用。从“脑肠轴”理论出发,联合中医脑肠同治,探讨“调肠醒神”法治疗血管性认知障碍的合理性及优越性,为临床治疗血管性认知障碍提供更广阔的思路。
In recent years,with the acceleration of the aging of the Chinese population,the incidence of vascular cognitive disorders has been increasing.As a kind of abnormal consciousness disease,the cause of vascular cognitive disorders is complex and the disease of dummy and real inclusion.The“brain-gut axis”theory of modern medicine believes that the imbalance of intestinal flora is associated with the occurrence of vascular cognitive impairment,and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vascular cognitive impairment.Based on the theory of“brain-gut axis”and combined with TCM brain-gut treatment,this paper discusses the rationality and superiority of“regulating the intestine and awakening the spirit”in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment,providing a broader idea for the clinical treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.
