摘要：目的:观察甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将42例口服降糖药物控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各21例,对照组采用预混胰岛素(诺和灵30R)治疗,治疗组采用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗。治疗12周,观察治疗前后血糖达标情况、低血糖发生事件、体重指数及腰围变化。结果:两组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbA1C均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),两组治疗达标率对比无意义,治疗组达标率高于对照组,且低血糖发生率低(治疗组2人(9.5%),对照组5人(23.8%),P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病可显著改善胰岛β功能、降低血糖,低血糖发生率低,临床效果显著,是一种较为理想联合治疗方法。
Objective：To observe clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose against type 2 diabetes mellitus . Methods： 42 patients with T2DM inadequately controlled by oral antidiabetic drugs were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group （each group 21 cases）.In the control group,p atients were given premixed insulin （Novolin 30R）,while in the treatment group were given insulin glargine combined with acarbose.The treatment time of these two groups lasted for 12 weeks. The situation of reaching target of glucose,the incidence of hypoglycemia and the changes of body mass index （BMI） and waist circumference were observed before and after treatment. Results： The FBG,2hPG,HbA1C value of two groups decreased than that before treatment （P〈0.01）.The treatment success rate has no statistical significance between two groups in which reaching the target efficiency of treatment group was better than that of control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group in which 2（9.5%） cases were in the treatment group and 5（23.8%） cases were in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment program of insulin glargine combined with acarbose against type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve pancreatic islets β function , and can reduce the level of blood glucose and incidence of hypoglycemia, which has significantly clinical efficiency ,and be ideal combination therapy.
