摘要：目的:观察评价陷胸和胃汤治疗胃溃疡临床疗效。方法:选择确诊为胃溃疡脾胃湿热证患者122例,对照组患者给予西医三联疗法治疗。观察组在此基础上进行"陷胸和胃汤"治疗。观察治疗4周后两组证候积分和临床疗效变化情况。结果:治疗后临床症状评分观察组显著优于对照组;对照组患者临床痊愈为15例,临床痊愈率为24.59%,总有效率为78.69%;观察组临床痊愈为29例,临床痊愈率为47.54%,总有效率为95.08%。观察组的临床痊愈率和总有效率均优于对照组。结论:陷胸和胃汤对胃溃疡有较好的临床疗效,能够明显减轻患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,临床治疗过程中值得应用和推广。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efcacy of Xianxiong Hewei decoction （ 陷胸和胃汤 ） in treating gastric ulcer. Methods： 122 cases of gastric ulcer with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome were selected, and the control group was treated with western medicine triple therapy while the observation group was treated with Xianxiong Hewei decoction （ 陷胸和胃汤）. The symptom score and clinical efcacy of the two groups were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： The clinical symptom score in the obser-vation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group. The clinical recovery of the control group was 15 cases, the clinical recovery rate was 24.59%, and the total efective rate was 78.69%, the clinical recovery of the observation group was 29 cases, the clinical recovery rate was 47.54%,and the total efective rate was 95.08%. The clinical cure rate and total efective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion： Xianxiong Hewei decoction （ 陷胸和胃汤） had a better clinical efect on gastric ulcer. It could signifcantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, which was worthy of application and promotion in the process of clinical treatment.
