摘要：随着我国进入人口老龄化阶段,以及生活饮食习惯的改变,骨质疏松患者不断增加,并呈年轻化趋势,骨质疏松也成为仅次于心血管疾病的第二大危害人类健康的疾病。目前骨质疏松治疗多以补充基础钙剂和其他药物联合应用为主,但治疗骨质疏松药物疗效、风险尚不明确,临床治疗存在巨大挑战。传统中药葛根是豆科植物野葛的干燥根,具有解肌退热,通经活络等功效,千年来一直被众人所推崇。其作为传统辛凉解表药,主治头痛项强、烦热消渴等症状。治疗骨痿的方剂没有将葛根组方入药。近年来,随着国内外对葛根化学成分的进一步研究,有关骨质疏松症的发病机制和葛根及其有效成分的研究硕果累累。
With the advent of population aging in China and changes in dietary and lifestyle habits,the number of osteoporosis patients continues to rise,showing a trend toward earlier onset.Osteoporosis has become the second most prevalent disease threatening human health,following cardiovascular diseases.Current treatments for osteoporosis mainly involve basic calcium supplementation combined with other medications.However,the efficacy and risks of anti-osteoporotic drugs remain unclear,posing significant clinical challenges.Puerariae Lobatae Radix,the dried root of Pueraria lobata in the Leguminosae family,has been valued for millennia in traditional Chinese medicine for alleviating muscle stiffness,reducing fever,and promoting meridian circulation and collateral activation.As a traditional pungent-cool exterior-resolving drug,it is mainly indicated for symptoms such as headaches with neck stiffness,feverishness,and excessive thirst.Historically,formulas for treating bone flaccidity have not incorporated Puerariae Lobatae Radix.In recent years,with further research on the chemical components of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in China and abroad,substantial progress has been made in elucidating the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and investigating the effects of Puerariae Lobatae Radix and its active constituents.
