摘要：文章从甘肃地理气候环境、生活习惯和体质特点等方面探讨寒湿之邪的成因。根据外感与内生寒湿易阻滞气机,影响脾肾功能或致寒湿凝滞的病因病机特点,阐述寒湿瘀滞型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的成因以及温运药的应用。为甘肃地区妇科疾病的辨证治疗提供一种具有地域特色的中医治疗思路。
This paper discusses the causes of cold and dampness from the aspects of geography and climate environment,living habits and physical characteristics of Gansu.According to the external and endogenous cold and dampness obstruction of qi,affecting the spleen and kidney function or causing cold and damp obstruction,explain how thesequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of cold damp stagnation type formed and the application of warming drugs.To provide a kind of TCM treatment ideas with regional characteristics in Gansu.
