摘要：目的:观察黄芪注射液穴位注射配合冬病夏治治疗风湿痹证患者的疗效。方法:100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组50例主要采用非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)和糖皮质激素等药物,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用针刺、穴位贴敷及黄芪注射液穴位注射的中医综合治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率78%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液穴位注射配合冬病夏治治疗风湿痹证,可提高临床治愈率,显著改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of FengShiBiZheng treated with Point injection with Huangqi Injection combined with treating winter disease in summer.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each.The 50 cases of control group were treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID)and glucocorticoid.Treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the basis of the control group, such as acupuncture,acupoint and acupoint injection with Astragalus injection.The clinical effects of two groups after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96%,the comparison group total effectiveness was 78%. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Injection combined with treating winter disease in summer used to treat FengShiBiZheng can improve the clinical cure rate, significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve patient quality of life.
