摘要:经方苓甘五味姜辛汤具有温肺化饮之功,是治疗肺系病证以"痰饮伏肺"为主要病机的重要方剂。作者临床辨证应用苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗慢性咳嗽、哮喘、肺胀等肺系病证,不论外感内伤,只要属阳虚不运,湿浊停聚,痰饮内生者皆可加减用之,且疗效独特,值得临阵参考,并附典型病案以资验证。
