摘要：随着社会人口老龄化现象日益加剧,老年人口数量呈现急剧增长的趋势,伴随而来的老年疾病也逐渐增多。老年痴呆症和骨质疏松症作为常见的慢性老年性疾病,二者的发病率逐年上涨,在降低了老年人生活质量和危害了老年群体生命健康的同时,也给社会和家庭带来了巨大的经济负担和医疗压力。近年来研究发现老年痴呆症与骨质疏松症的发病密切相关,二者常相互影响,伴随发病,但其内在发病机制尚不明确,同时针对两种疾病的有效治疗措施亦未发现,故文章从中医整体观念入手,基于“心-脑-肾轴”理论深入研究探讨老年痴呆症和骨质疏松症的发病机制,旨在为临床预防和治疗这两种疾病提供新的研究方向和治疗策略。
With the increasingly severe phenomenon of population aging in society,the number of elderly people is showing a rapid upward trend,accompanied by a gradual increase in the prevalence of elderly diseases.As common chronic geriatric diseases,the incidence of dementia and osteoporosis has been rising year by year.While reducing the quality of life for the elderly and endangering the health of the elderly population,they have also brought enormous economic burdens and medical pressures to society and families.In recent years,the studies have found a close relationship between the onset of dementia and osteoporosis in the elderly.The two often affect each other and occur simultaneously,but the underlying pathogenesis remains unclear.Meanwhile,the effective treatment measures for both diseases have not been identified.Therefore,this article started with the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and deeply explored the pathogenesis of dementia and osteoporosis based on the theory of the“heart-brain-kidney axis”,aiming to provide new research directions and treatment strategies for the clinical prevention and treatment of these two diseases.
