摘要：目的:观察中医综合疗法配合输液式关节冲洗对早期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对我院关节外科住院的30例膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节冲洗3次,2d1次,3次为1个疗程,治疗14d,冲洗后给予中药内服、正骨理筋手法、中药外敷。结果:优良率占83.33%,总有效率占93.33%。结论:中医综合疗法配合输液式关节冲洗可以改善关节腔内外环境的平衡,恢复膝关节的功能活动,对膝骨性关节炎患者有良好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of comprehensive therapy of TCM combined with continuous closed drainage in treatment of early stage knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 30 patients in our hospital were treated with continuous closed drainage combined with oral administration of Chinese Medicine, tendon-soothing and external application of Chinese herbs for 14 days, once every 2 days, 3 times a course. Results： The excellent rate was 83.33% and the total effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion：Comprehensive therapy of TCM combined with continuous closed drainage can keep a balance between the internal and external circumstance of knee cavity. It is effective and worth wide spreading in clinical practice.
