摘要：地方高专院校在发展过程中存在着带有共性的问题,也存在着各种矛盾关系。辩证地处理好这些关系,对高专院校实现可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。根据定西师范高等专科学校的实践,对高专院校发展过程中的若干矛盾关系进行了辩证的分析,对新建院校的定位、功能、层次建设与创新等问题提出了见解。
Local colleges have common problems in their process of development,and they also have contradictions relationships between each other.Handle those relations of college dialectically and realize sustainable development has the extremly vital significance.according to the practice of Dingxi Teachers＇ college this thesis aimed to analyze several contradictions in the process of development of the newly built univerities.
