摘要：目的分析中医药调控骨代谢研究相关文献,了解该领域研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)收录的2000年1月1日-2022年5月31日中医药调控骨代谢研究相关文献。采用NoteExpress3.6.0软件进行去重及人工筛选,采用Excel2019绘制发文趋势折线图和来源期刊饼状图,采用VOSviewer1.6.18软件绘制核心作者密度视图和关键词共现网络,采用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件对关键词进行聚类、突现、时间线分析,并绘制相应图谱。结果共纳入2405篇文献,该领域发文量逐年增加,涉及5551位作者,形成以郑洪新、沈霖、宋敏、王丽丽等为代表的研究团队。文献关键词形成了13个有意义的聚类,显示该领域研究热点主要集中于成骨细胞、骨密度、实验研究、信号通路、乳腺癌、中医证候等;备受关注的中医药干预手段有左归丸、仙灵骨葆胶囊、淫羊藿、葛根素、针灸、电针、穴位敷贴等,主要涉及OPG/RANKL/RANK、Wnt/β-catenin、BMP/Smad、Hedgehog等信号通路的研究。结论中医药调控骨代谢研究近年热度较高,尚需研究团队间加强学术交流及合作。研究热点主要涉及4个方面:骨代谢生化指标的调控、相关信号通路、中医证候及中医药干预手段的更新与发展。
Objective To analyze the literature related to the research on the TCM regulation of bone metabolism;To understand the research hotspots and development trends in this field.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP were retrieved for literature related to research on the TCM regulation of bone metabolism from January 1,2000 to May 31,2022,and the literature was de-weighted and manually screened using NoteExpress 3.6.0.A line graph of publication trends and a pie chart of literature sources were drawn using Excel 2019.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to plot the core author density view and keyword co-occurrence analysis mapping.showing that the hotspots of research in this field mainly focused on osteoblasts,bone density,experimental studies,signaling pathways,breast cancer,TCM syndromes,etc.;TCM interventions that have received much attention included Zuogui Pills,Xianling Gubao Capsules,Epimedii Folium,puerarin,acupuncture and moxibustion,electroacupuncture,acupuncture acupoint application,etc.,mainly involving OPG/RANKL/RANK,Wnt/β-catenin,BMP/Smad,Hedgehog,and other signaling pathways.Conclusion The research on the TCM regulation of bone metabolism has become a hot topic in recent years,and further research needs to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between research teams.Research hotspots mainly involve four aspects:the regulation of biochemical indicators of bone metabolism,related signaling pathways,TCM syndromes,and the update and development of TCM intervention methods.
