摘要:考察提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、固液比等对桔皮黄酮提取效果的影响,采用正交试验确定最适提取条件,对桔皮、桔络、桔籽中黄酮含量及抗氧化性进行了比较研究。结果表明:桔皮中黄酮化合物的最佳提取溶剂是60%乙醇,固液比1∶10,60℃提取1.5 h,黄酮得率达0.175 8%,桔络、桔籽、桔皮中黄酮含量依次降低。桔籽、桔络、桔皮中黄酮对超氧负离子自由基(O2-.)清除作用依次减弱;桔皮、桔籽、桔络中黄酮对羟自由基(OH.)清除能力依次减弱,桔皮中黄酮与桔籽、桔络中黄酮之间形成明显差异;桔皮、桔籽、桔络黄酮还原力依次减弱。
The influences of different solvents, temperatures, time, ratios of solid to liquid on extracting effect of flavonoid from orange peel were investigated,, and the optimum extracting conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. Meanwhile, the flavonoid content in orange peel, pith and seeds and its antioxidation were compared. The results showed that the best conditions for extracting flavonoid from orange peel was 60% ethanol as solvent, 1:10 as ratio of solid to liquid, and extracting at 60℃ for 1.5 h. With the optimum extracting conditions, the yield of flavonoid reached 0.175 8%. The flavonoid content in orange pith, seeds and peel reduced in turn; the eliminating ability of flavonoid, extracted from orange seeds, pith and peel, to O2-· reduced in the order; the eliminating ability of flavonoid, extracted from orange peel, seeds and pith, to OH· reduced in the order; the flavonoid from orange peel has obvious difference with the flavonoid from orange seeds or orange pith; the reducing power of flavonoid from orange peel, seeds and pith reduced in the order.
