摘要：中医学中火的种类繁多,实火易治,虚火难疗。文章从阳虚的角度,详细论述了虚火上炎的根由,结合现代社会人们的生活起居、饮食习惯等特点深入剖析了阳虚的原因,并举验案二则,示以规范,目的在于纠正医家一见火证便用滋阴降火、寒凉泻火的弊端,借此抛砖引玉,以供同道商榷。
There are many types of fire in the traditional Chinese medicine. It is easy to treat real fire, but difficult for virtual fire. This article from the angle of Yang deficiency discussed in detail the causes of the virtual fire upward, combining with people＇s daily life, eating habits and other characteristics of modem society analyzed deeply the reasons for Yang deficiency and proved 2 cases shown as the standard, aimed at correcting the drawback that some doctors used nourishing yin or cold purging fire when they saw a fire syndromes. Take this article as a start for discussions with colleagues.
