摘要：目的:探讨中医五音疗法在患者焦虑抑郁等负性情绪中应用效果的Meta分析。方法:通过计算机检索和手工检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库,全面搜集国内外关于五音疗法对患者焦虑抑郁情绪影响的随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT)和类随机对照试验(Quasirandomized Controlled Trial,q-RCT)。对于纳入研究,根据Cochrane系统评价方法,选择试验评价质量,而后采用RevMan 5.3软件对有效数据并进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入23项研究,共1919名受试对象。质量评价结果表明,23个研究的总体质量水平不高。由于纳入研究之间的同质性较差,本研究仅使用描述性分析。评价结果显示,与常规护理或普通音乐疗法相比,中医五音疗法的应用可以改善患者的焦虑抑郁等不良情绪。结论:中医五音疗法是改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪的有效措施,但由于有关五音疗法改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪的RCT研究尚少且质量不高,纳入研究的干预人群、干预内容及时间安排等差异较大,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量的研究予以验证。
Objective:To explore the meta-analysis of the application of Wuyin therapy in negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.Methods:Through computer retrieval and manual retrieval of databases such as China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu,PubMed,etc.,a comprehensive randomized controlled trial(RCT)and randomized controlled trials on the effects of Wuyin therapy on anxiety and depression in patients were collected.(quasirandomized controlled trial,q-RCT).For inclusion studies,the quality of the trial was selected according to the Cochrane systematic review method,and then valid data was analyzed using Meta-analysis RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 1919 subjects were included in 23 studies.The quality evaluation results showed that the overall quality level of the 23 studies was not high.Due to the poor homogeneity between the included studies,this study used only descriptive analysis.The evaluation results showed that compared with conventional nursing or general music therapy,the application of traditional Chinese medicine Wuyin therapy can relieve the patient's anxiety and depression and other negative emotions.Conclusion:TCM Wuyin therapy is an effective measure to relieve the anxiety and depression of patients.However,because the RCT study on relieving the anxiety and depression of patients with Wuyin therapy is still rare and of low quality,the intervention population,intervention content and time schedule of the study are quite different.The above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality research.
