摘要：目的了解兰州市女大学生乳房疾病的患病情况、相关知识的认知程度及乳房自我检查现状。方法 2014年12月—2015年1月采用随机抽样的方法选择兰州市18~25岁的366名女大学生,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果在366名女大学生中共有11人曾诊断出乳房疾病,占总人数的3.0%。知道乳房疾病类型及表现的有101人（27.6%）;关注乳房保健的大学生共152人（41.5%）;定期去医院做乳房疾病检查的大学生9人（2.5%）。知道乳房自检方法的大学生占23.2%（85/366）;自我检查乳房的大学生占16.9%（62/366）。平时读书看报获得乳房疾病知识有209人,亲戚朋友患乳房疾病有82人,188人通过广播电视专题节目获得,社区健康教育57人,健康宣传手册有83人,网络书本自行查找45人。结论兰州市女大学生乳房疾病相关知识的认知程度和乳房自我检查现状不容乐观,高等院校应加强乳房疾病相关知识的健康教育,从而提高兰州市女大学生的乳房保健意识。
Objective To understand the prevalence and knowledge of breast disease,the status of breast self examination for fe- male college students in Lanzhou.Methods A total of 366 female college students with 18-25 years old in Lanzhou city were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results 3.0%（11/366） of female college students in Lanzhou had been diagnosed with breast disease,27.6%（101/366） of students knew the type and performance of breast disease,41.5%（152/366） of students fo- cused on breast care,2.5%（9/366） of students did breoot disease examinations in hospilal regularly.23.2%（85/366） of students knew the method of breast self-examination,16.9%（62/366） of students examines self-breast.209 students read books and news- papers for breast disease knowledge,82 students＇ relatives and friends had breast disease,188 students got related knowledge by radio and television,57 students got related knowledge by community health education,83 students got related knowledge by health brochures,45 students got related knowledge by network.Conclusion The level of knowledge about breast disease and breast self-examination of female college students in Lanzhou is nol optimistic.Health education of related knowledge for breast disease should be strengthened by institutions of higher leanfing, the awarenesses of breast care of female college students in Lanzhou should be improved.
