摘要:通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论确定:瓦楞子功效主要为消痰化瘀,软坚散结,制酸止痛;症靶为反酸;标靶为消化道溃疡、结节肿块;现代药理发现瓦楞子及其有效成分具有中和胃酸以保护胃黏膜、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、降血压等作用;本品无毒,孕妇和过敏体质者慎服;临床使用剂量为9~60 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索瓦楞子用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fi eld of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that clam shell has the following characteristics:Its eff ects are mainly to eliminate phlegm and blood stasis,soften and resolve hard masses,relieve stomach acids and pains.Its symptom target is acid regurgitation,while its biochemical indicator targets are gastrointestinal ulcer,nodules and lumps.Modern pharmacology has found that clam shell and its eff ective ingredients have the eff ects of neutralizing gastric acids to protect gastric mucosa,suppressing tumors,regulating the immune function,lowering blood pressure,etc.It is non-toxic yet should be taken with caution for pregnant women and people with allergic constitutions.Its clinical dosage range is 9-60 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to diff erent diseases or the diff erent stages of the same disease,and an eff ort should be made to actively explore the construction of the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets.
