摘要：护理人员必须适应医学模式的转变,顺应卫生保健系统中职业角色定位的变化;通过努力拓展自己的知识面,优化自己的职业素质,并不断扩大自己的社会工作职能。同时,还要努力培养护士人格特质,以便更好地完善自己的职业角色。
Nursing staff must adapt to the change of medical mode, conform to the change of professional role orientation in the health care system, optimize their professional quality through expanding professional knowledge, and continuously expand their social functions. Meanwhile, nurses＂ personality characteristics should be appropri- ately cultivated, so as to better improve their professional roles.
