摘要:目的 研究精血归改善生殖器官衰萎状况的激素外作用机制。方法 将 15月龄雌性大鼠随机分为 5组 ,设精血归高、中、低剂量组 ,尼尔雌醇阳性对照组 ,15月龄对照组 ;另设 3月龄对照组。检测生殖器官MDA含量、SOD活性、血清NO含量。结果  (1)精血归能降低生殖器官MDA含量 ,提高SOD活力 ,与 15月龄对照组比较具有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,作用类于尼尔雌醇 ,并达到 3月龄对照组水平 ;(2 )精血归能提高15月龄雌性大鼠血清NO的含量 ,与 15月龄对照组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,其效同于尼尔雌醇 ,3月龄对照组血清NO含量明显高于各初老组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 精血归对 15月龄雌性大鼠衰萎的生殖器官具有良好的改善作用 ,其作用与抗氧化等生化调节机制有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Jingxuegui granule (JG) in improving the function of atrophic reproductive organs in perimenopause rats. Methods:The fifteen-month-old female rats were randomly allocated to five groups: the high dose, middle dose and low dose groups of JG, nilestriol control group and controls group. Meanwhile, three-month-old rats served as another control group. The content of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in reproductive organs and the content of nitric oxide(NO) in serum were measured. Results:(1)In JG groups,the content of MDA was decreased and the activity of SOD was increased, which was similar to nilestriol controls and three_month_old controls. The difference was significant as compared with fifteen-month-old controls (P<0 01).(2)In JG groups the serum NO Content was increased, which was similar to that in nilestriol group,but significantly different as compared with fifteen-month -old controls(P<0 01). The serum NO content of three-month-old rats was obviously higher than that of fifteen-month-old rats (P<0 05 or P<0 01). Conclusion: JG can improve the function of atrophic reproductive organs of the fifteen-month female rats and its mechanism may be related to the anti-oxygenation effect.
