摘要:白术是临床常用的传统中药,具有很大的发展前景,但目前对于白术的炮制历史沿革相关研究较少,为进一步开发和挖掘白术炮制品,笔者通过参考古医籍和现代研究文献,对不同历史时期白术的炮制方法及现代研究进展做出梳理,发现历史上白术的炮制方法有切、去蒂、土炒、米制、麸炒、米泔制、醋制、姜汁炒、盐水炒、蜜制等。现今各种液体辅料制法基本已无沿用,而生品、炒焦品、麸炒品、土炒品应用广泛。文章通过厘清白术的炮制历史沿革,分析白术的现代研究现状,筛选出一个可以使药效最大化的炮制方法,为更好更加安全的临床用药提供帮助。
Atractylodes macrocephala is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical practice,which has a great development prospect,However,there are few studies on the historical evolution of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,in order to further develop and excavate the processed products of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,the author by referring to ancient medical books and modern research literature,the processing methods and modern research progress of Atractylodes macrocephala in different historical periods were combed,and it was found that the processing methods of Atractylodes macrocephala in history include cutting,remove stems,stir fried,metric system,stir fried wheat bran,rice swill system,prepared with vinegar,stir fried ginger juice,stir fried with salted water,syrup curing,etc.At present,all kinds of liquid excipients have not been used.And raw products,fried scorched products,bran fried products and local fried products are widely used.This paper intends to comprehensively consult and sort out the ancient and modern literature,clarify the processing history of Atractylodes macrocephala,analyze the modern research status of Atractylodes macrocephala,and select a processing method that can maximize the efficacy,so as to provide help for better and safer clinical medication.
