摘要：新时期教育领域提出了立德树人的教育思想,要求各大院校贯彻落实这一思想,切实发挥思政教育工作的主体作用,加强思想政治教育工作,弘扬教育工作中所包含的正能量,提高学生的道德品质和行为修养。这一教学策略的实施将为育人工作提供思想指导,指明发展方向,丰富教育教学内容,提高学生的综合素养。因此各大高校应当认识到立德树人背景下思想政治教育工作的重要性,贯彻落实党的各项方针政策,坚持立德树人的教育职能,结合校园文化,大力发展、建设、增强大学生思想政治教育工作中的正能量。
In the field of education in the new era, the educational thought of establishing morality and cultivating people is put forward, which requires colleges and universities to carry out this idea, give full play to the main role of Ideological and political education, enhance the ideological and political education work, carry forward the positive energy contained in the education work,and improve the moral quality and behavior cultivation of students. The implementation of this teaching strategy provides ideological guidance for the education work, points out the development direction, enriches the teaching content, widens the education classroom, and improves the students’ comprehensive quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should realize the importance of ideological and political education under the background of moral education, implement the Party’s policies, adhere to the education function of moral education, vigorously develop and construct campus culture, and enhance the positive energy in the ideological and political education of college students.
