摘要：通过实地调查分析与个人访谈,定西市新生代农民工自身精神文化需求与现有文化资源设施供给有较大差距,现有的文化设施与服务供给不能完全满足新生代农民工日益增长的精神文化生活需要。丰富新生代农民工精神文化生活,要从根本上建构和完善供给体制与机制创新。
Through field investigation and personal interview, there exists a larger gap between the new generation migrant workers＇spiritual and cultural needs and the supply of cultural resources in Dingxi City. Cultural facilities and service supply can not fully meet the increasing demands of spiritual and cultural life of the new generation migrant workers. Fundamentally constructing and improving the supply system and mechanism innovation could enrich spiritual and cultural life of the new generation of migrant workers.
