摘要：目的:对益气滋阴活血法联合常规西药治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性进行系统评价。方法:在维普、中国知网、PubMed、万方等数据库中,依据纳入排除标准,检索建库至2020年4月所收录的与益气滋阴活血法联合常规西药治疗糖尿病肾病有关的临床随机对照试验研究,利用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入11项随机对照试验,共780例患者,Meta分析显示,在常规治疗的基础上联合益气滋阴活血中药,试验组与对照组相比,对改善糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白排泄率、内生肌酐清除率、尿素氮、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、中医证候评分、临床总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论:常规治疗联合益气滋阴活血法中药可显著提高糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of the method of replenishing Qi(气)nourishing Yin(阴)and promoting blood circulation plus conventional western medicine on diabetic nephropathy(DKD).Methods:Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the VIP,CNKI,PubMed,Wanfang and other databases,search for clinical randomizations related to the treatment of DKD by the method of invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood from the database until April 2020 controlled trials(RCTs)literature,using RevMan 5.3 software for meta analysis.Results:Included 11 RCTs,a total of patients,meta analysis showed:on the basis of conventional treatment plus Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation,compared with the control group,the experimental group improved the urine protein excretion rate and endogenous creatinine clearance of DKD patients.The rate,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM syndrome score,and clinical total efficiency were better than the control group.Conclusion:Conventional therapy plus Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of DKD.
