摘要：《伤寒杂病论》中诸多药物的应用遵于《神农本草经》,二者一脉相承。茯苓在经方中的应用体现在"主胸胁逆气,忧恚,惊邪,恐悸,心下结痛,寒热烦满,咳逆,口焦舌干,利小便"等方面。其病机体现在一是"水饮内停,阻滞气机"。水气四布,无处不在,或上犯胸阳使胸胁逆满,或痰气搏结于咽引发梅核气,或寒水上冲发为奔豚悸动,或痹阻心肺发为胸痹,或停于三焦,使津液不布,发为口渴和小便不利,或水郁气结引起发热;二是"虚邪内扰、心神不宁"。茯苓可健脾利水,宁心定悸,正切"水饮内停"或"心神不宁"之病机。《伤寒杂病论》中茯苓的应用深得《本经》要领。遵《本经》对茯苓在经方中的应用进行探讨,有助于更加深刻地理解经方。
Application rules of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghan Zabing Lun are based on Shennong Bencao Jing,they are coming down in one continues line. The application rules of Poria in classical prescriptions reflect in treating fullness in chest,emotional depression,spontaneous frightened palpitation,and heart pain and fever,upset,thirst,cough and so on. Poria has diuresis effect. In TCM pathogenesis,it reflects fluid retention stagnating in the interior,blockage of Qi. Retained fluid can go everywhere in our body,it could cause fullness in chest and hypochondrium,globus hystericus,Bentun,thoracic obstruction,thirst, difficulty of urination and fever. In TCM pathogenesis,it also reflects mental restlessness. Poria can strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,and calm the heart and stop palpitation. Application rules of Poria in Shanghan Zabing Lun are based on the theories of Shennong Bencao Jing. Application of Poria in classical prescriptions are discussed according to Shennong Bencao Jing.
