摘要：目的调查分析兰州市医务人员卫生法规知识知晓度情况及对策。方法回顾性分析兰州市11家医疗机构261名医务人员的相关资料。结果医生和护士等医务人员卫生法规知晓率均显著高于其他(P<0.05),综合医院医务人员卫生法规知晓率显著高于计生、采供血和民营医院(P<0.05);不同医院类型医务人员对佩戴上岗证、传染病预检分诊、胎儿性别鉴定、计生医师适用、医师资格和非卫技人员适用等卫生法规知识知晓率之间的差异均显著(P<0.05);不同职业资格医务人员对医师执业范围、传染病预检分诊、非卫技人员适用和护士资格等卫生法规知识知晓率之间的差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论兰州市医务人员卫生法规知识知晓度有待提升。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness rate about health regulations situation of Lanzhou medical personnel. METHODS The information related to 11 medical structures 261 medical personnel in Lanzhou were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS The awareness of health regulations of of doctors and nurses medical staff were significantly higher than others （P〈0.05）, the awareness of health regulations of general hospital medical staff were significantly higher than birth, blood collection, private hospitals （P〈 0.05） ; the differences of knowledge and awareness of appointment cards for wear, pre-triage infectious diseases, fetal sex determination, IPPF physicians applicable, doctors＇ qualifications, non-health technicians and other applicable health regulations between different types of hospital medical staffs were significant（P〈0.05） ; the differences of physician scope of practice, infectious pre-triage, non-applicable health technicians, nurses and other health regulations qualified knowledge and awareness between dif- ferent medical vocational qualifications staff were significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The awareness rate about health regulations sit- uation of Lanzhou medical personnel should be improved.
