摘要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是两种常见的呼吸系统疾病,二者合并存在形成的重叠综合征近年来受到广泛关注。然而,目前对于该重叠综合征的认识仍存在不足,未来需要进一步深入研究其发病机制,寻找更有效的诊断和治疗方法,以改善患者的预后和生活质量。本文就COPD患者合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的流行病学、危险因素及治疗各方面进行综述。
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)and Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA)are two common respiratory diseases.In recent years,the overlap syndrome formed by the combination of the two diseases has been widely concerned.However,the current understanding of this overlapping syndrome is still insufficient,and further indepth research on its pathogenesis is needed in the future to find more effective diagnosis and treatment methods to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.This article reviews the epidemiology,risk factors and treatment of COPD patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
