摘要:以铁棒锤越冬芽为外植体,在添加抗褐化剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和活性碳(AC)的MS培养上,附加不同浓度组合的NAA和6-BA,进行了芽增殖和试管苗生根培养.结果表明:在MS培养基上添加1.5 g·L-1AC+1.0 g·L-1PVP可抑制培养物褐化;在MS培养基上添加2.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1NAA有利于芽的诱导增殖;在1/2 MS基本培养基中添加0.2 mg·L-1NAA有利于试管苗生根.
The hibernaculum of Aconitum pendulum was used as explant,anti-browning agents(PVP and AC) and different concentrations of hormones(NAA and 6-BA) were added in MS culture medium for bud proliferation and rooting.The results showed that 1.0 g·L-1 PVP and 1.5 g·L-1 AC could inhibit browning.MS culture medium added 2.5 mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg·L-1NAA could induce bud proliferation.1/2 MS culture medium added 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA was benefit for rooting.
